good for bread

Best baking flour
I have an allergy to most breads we can buy in stores. This is great for baking bread. No issues and my stomach has no problems. It's basically this and bake my own or Ezekiel bread. I appreciate the purity. Only down side, it is a bit pricey so I only bake buns and and freeze them.

Perfect size if you only plan to make 1-2 loaves
Dug out my mom’s old bread maker and decided to try making bread! With this little bag I was able to make two 1.5lb loaves. I’ve never made bread before so I can’t compare this bread flour to other brands but It seems like it worked and tasted as it should!

The best bread flour I've ever used . Will rise 4x the size. Only downfall is it only comes in small bags
