Nice idea, but didn't work well. I replaced a fluorescent bulb with this. But the LED light flickered. I replaced it with a fluorescent bulb and the flickering stopped. So basically the LED bulb did not work as a realistic replacement. I noticed the LED bulb got quite hot after just ten minutes of operation, which is strange for an LED bulb and might have been related to it flickering and working poorly.

Unfortunately this bulb flickers too much my taste so I will keep looking for a better replacement.

These are great lights for the price
These are great lights for the price. I was having a hard time finding this connector and wanted to replace the flourescents in my kitchen. These lights fit right in and look great. More importantly, they turn on right away instead of having to wait for the flourescent bulbs to slowly burn in. Now I just need to wait for the other bulbs to go out so I can replace them as well.

Flickered... And broke.
Bulb flickered annoyingly. (The Lunera LED I also ordered did not flicker in the same fixture, so the issue seems to be with this lamp.) When I removed this lamp from the socket, it broke.
