Q: what are the dimensions of this item?

I'm not sure what part you want the dimensions for. The one I have makes 2 1/2" letters. The rack it fits in is about 18". The box it all came in is probably 20"x6". Letters, frames, spacers, ect were all included in the box.

Q: Does this set of letters come with the brackets and clamps, as shown in the picture?

These are additional 1-1/2″ Character Templates For Milescraft 1206 SignCrafter and Milescraft 1212 SignPro. This letter set contains letters only and you will need one of the two jigs to use these templates.
