It works
Pretty much easy to assemble except you may need an extra person to actually put the back rest onto the revolving post but this product definitely works I have a bad back and I feel great after the first use

Not as advertised
DO NOT advertise as heavy duty of it’s not. The stock images are very deceitful, this is not as heavy duty as they imply.My husband is 6’2” 255lbs weight lifter and was pretty upset once he saw the quality of the inversion table.Now, it works fine and he loves the ankle lock feature. We have had 3 inversion tables and this is the only one with the ankle lock feature and that’s a plus. Other than that it’s not what he thought it would be.

Do not purchase
Do not purchase. 1. the assembly instructions are horrible, images are so tiny that you cannot tell which bolts/nuts are used. 2. UNSAFE - when trying to put on the safety belt, there is no lock/unlock mechanism, so as you reach for the belt, the table inverts before you are securely belted (my dad nearly crashed to the floor). 3. Not sturdy - the legs are weak and unstable, you can feel it wobbling underneath you 3. Return Shipping charge - when we first purchased it, we swear it was prime - hence we bought it thinking we can return if after we try it out and see how safe it is - now that we want to return it, shipping is nearly $100, they say they were never prime. I guess there is nothing I can do about this since I did not take a screen shot at the time of purchase (now I know to take a screen shot of everything I purchase prime on amazon).

Don’t buy it
This inversion thing is very uncomfortable. I would have sent back but it was going to cost me 90.00 to ship back. So I tweaked it with 4” gel foam padding and it’s a lot better now. The headrest and backboard are very hard. It’s not bad just needs some changes done to it. When you are inverted all the way it can be difficult to pull yourself back up. Spend the money and get a teeter cause that’s what I should have done.
