I don't usually write a review but being a woman at 51 suffering from terrible hot flashes i feel its extremely important to share my experience on these vitamins. After starting these vitamins my hot flashes and night sweats COMPLETELY STOPPED! I can't believe how this simple otc vitamin worked. I hope all women who are suffering with menopause can get the same outcome with using these. I feel so much better. Thank you One-a-day!!!

I ran out of these vitamins and thought I could live without them. I hadn’t realized how much they’d been helping until I stopped taking them. Really help with mood swings and virtually stop hot flashes and night sweats.

I tried these early in the peri phase and the soy actually (I think!) actually caused a restart to my cycles..so I stopped and waited until I was in very late peri- at nearly a year of no cycles. I want that soy benefit to help with meno and preventative aging things us estrogen deprived souls have. I will say I started to have tingling in my hands and feet (I'm not diabetic and no other obvious explanation other than meno does odd things to the cns..vaso motor/brain.) Anyway, someone else mentioned in a review that the b6 might be an issue for some people and described exactly what I noticed. So, just something to keep in mind especially if you are B vitamin sensitive and getting it from other things (energy drinks etc) I decided to cut these in half and take every other day. I also upped soy food sources too. All kinds of love to my genx ladies out there. This is a good product at a good price, I've tried many including Gennev and preparations from GYN specialists.

These vitamins is a game changer I felt it working the same day less night sweat and peaceful sleep, will definitely be buying more.

OK...so I'm 50 and started to get all these weird symptoms: night sweats, moodiness, hair thinning, insomnia, leg cramps, aches and pains.....and I was thinking what the hell is wrong with me? They were like menstrual symptoms on steroids ....... and a lot of new symptoms to deal with too. I was told by my doctor that I was probably peri-menopausal. My mood was shifting by the minute, not the usual one day of crabbiness, but now it stretched out for a week. I went on line looking for something natural to help balance me. I tried this product because of one of the reviewers post. I looked into other products out there, but some said they caused stomach discomfort. (I didn't want or need to add stomach discomfort to my list of symptoms, so I didn't try those products) I've been using these daily for nearly 2 months now and I'm sad to say that my symptoms did NOT disappear. I have not had hot flashes YET...but I do get these weird night sweats around my chest and neck and even after 2 months on these that hasn't changed. I may stay with these, because they are vitamins and thats good, but they did not target my perimenopausal symptoms.

Great for my hot flashes! I was hesitant to buy this but read through the reviews and decided to give it a try. I’ve suffered from horrible, debilitating hot flashes and nothing has worked. After about three weeks of taking this, my hot flashes went away. I forgot to take it for three days and I had three hot flashes in one day! I suppose there is a vitamin or herb that controls them. I highly recommend if you suffer from hot flashes.
