Balanced XLR Cable Male to Female - 10 Feet Purple - Pro 3-Pin Microphone Connector for Powered Speakers, Audio Interface or Mixer for Live Performance & Recording

Five stars

Really happy with this, changed my rca cable with this to be able to use a longer cable. Gives me no problems. I like the sound and the cable itself is nice and flexible.

Love the look and the color is true to the photographs. Seems to be a nice, strong, clean connection

I have to say that this is one of my favorite purchases for my studio / setup. I typically use my microphone on my desk and close to me, so this XLR made it so I don’t have to have a 4 foot + cable running through my whole setup. The build of it feels premium and the sound quality is exactly as the RODE XLR.

So I got the bright pink version to play a practical joke on a very macho lead singer. But as it turns out, it's a really beautiful looking cable, so much so that I've had a bunch of female lead singers ask me to swap out my very convenient & mobile Sennheiser 865 wireless for a 935 wired with this particular hot pink cable. Who knew?? This is not a commercial grade cable, but it's good enough and stands up reasonably well to life on the road, although like most light colored cables it needs to be cleaned regularly. 4 stars because the cable (the actual wire) tends to kink up more easily than other cables I own. Not sure if this is particular to the pink colored cable, or if all of this company's cables are more prone to kinking than other competing products.

Works.

While recording a short instructional video for my students about the audio used in the school's makeshift green screen studio, I needed a couple of XLR jumper cables that would bring variance and color to the cutaway about the connections between the microphone receiver, processor, and mixer. In addition, finding orange was simpatico with the school's color. As you can see from the picture, I have used various brands of cables, but in my shopping for something I needed within two days, and for a reasonable price, I found these 1.5' Coluber cables. For future cable purchases, especially if there is a need for color cables, I will always look for Coluber cable first on Amazon to meet my production needs. These two cables have only been in daily service for two weeks, but have worked perfectly. Granted, they are not in a position for the rigorous abuse of a longer cable or constant connection handling. As stated already, they were well priced, look good, and arrived promptly. These cables met my needs.

Combined with an angled XLR adapter, I was able to make my mic setup look the way I wanted it to. The cable itself is of good quality, and the selection of colors makes this brand of cables awesome for my use case scenario.

Does exactly what it needs to do. The cable also clicks in providing a secure connection and it was the perfect length to be able to run from my mixer into my cloud lifter.

I was apprehensive when ordering this cable because of some bad reviews saying they had shielding problems, however in my bedroom studio (wherein some other cheap cables have had grounding issues) I found this cable (10ft) to have 0 noise problems and works perfectly fine. Can't speak to their QA over multiple cables or anything else, but it's a good cable for me so far.

Good quality, no problems
