Where are these made? Does anyone know of any clippers not made in China?

If you want heavy duty clippers that remain sharp and are durable, ANDIS NAIL CLIPPER. These are the ones I use on my sled dogs.

Is this the right size for a 16 pound terrier?

We have a 4.5 pound Yorkie and it works well. I think it would work well for a 16 pound dog.

Which is better for my 7 lb. malshi, this nail CLIPPER or Millers Forge Designer Series Nail Scissor?

We purchased the Millers Forge based on the recommendation of our French Bulldog breeder as it is easy to use if done correctly.
