Great sauce, and tasted just right in the recipe
Pad See Yew, came out like restaurant quality thanks to this. I had seen other recipes that did not include this ingredient and always thought, that's not right... finally someone said BLACK SOY SAUCE, has a MOLASSES kind of taste, and that is what I had thought years ago, and now I have figured out the secret.

Great sauce! I add mushroom soy and some white vinegar along with some garlic chili paste and it makes a great sauce for potstickers! I’m so glad Amazon carries it!

Packing is well done
The package is packed by the thick paper box very well, so delivering is safe. The quality is new and value for money compared to the tiny size. I would like to get this bottle size because I do not want to store in the refrigerator too long, over a year. I t is delicious with making Thai appetizer dips.

Taste like liquid black licorice. Not quite sure what I'm going to use this for but I won't be buying it again......

Healthy Boy Thai Black Soy Sauce
I found this soy sauce in an Asian food store and fell in love with it. I moved and was unable to find it again and was so happy to discover that it's offered on Amazon. It's hard to describe the flavor, sort of a thick sweet soy sauce. Delicious . I do wish that it was offered in the larger bottle size that I first found it in. If you enjoy Asian cuisine I recommend trying it.
