I actually bought two of these- one for each side of the garage. I set one laser so when we stop the car there is only about three inches of clearance between the garage door and the car, which gives us the most room to walk around the front of the vehicle. The second laser is set to give us enough room at the rear of the vehicle to raise the vehicle hatches with the garage door closed- not nearly as much room to move at the front, but great when it is raining or really cold outside. The lasers take all the guesswork out of where we should stop and how far we should be left to right to maximize the door opening space for each vehicle. I have my side set to shine of the top of my steering wheel to show where to park, and my wife's is set to shine on the top of her radio. Not only does this give us exact stopping places, front to back, but it also guides us left to right. That really comes in handing if we are driving the others ones vehicle- same place in the garage no matter who is driving.

Now we always have the perfect amount of space on all 4 sides of our cars when we park them in the garage. Works great and it’s a great price. The one thing that I would change about it is that the motion detection for the light (not the laser pointers) only faces outwards towards the garage door... but the car’s don’t need that light - they have headlights and the light from the garage door. The light would be a million times more useful if it was triggered by motion coming from the other direction so that it would turn on every time you open the door from inside your house and into the garage. Still, I can’t complain too much because the main thing is the parking assist which works great.

This little unit works fine. It is easily installed and throws a good beam. I was able to easily adjust the beams as needed. The LED light is a good option and is activated when you walk into the garage. The only complaint I have is that the sensitivity of the motion detector could be a little better. It doesn't always come on when I drive into the garage and I must open the door to kick it on. But this could be related to where I mounted the unit. Overall, I'm happy with the performance.

After being one of "those people" that had a garage stuffed full of junk, we ditched the junk acquisition habit, and can finally park two cars in our garage. It's a tight fight, but this device is PERFECT. The beams line up directly onto different points on each of our dashboards so we park correctly, each time, every time. It's a relatively simple device, but it works -- unlike others (I returned a dual laser that used audio detection; it was cheaply made and didn't detect anything). This one actually works and is easy to install.

Ordered this for our garage to replace the hanging tennis ball. It arrived at work and i opened it up and installed the batteries and it worked great, light and lasers would turn on with the slightest movement, then would turn off after about 30 seconds with no movement. But when I installed it at home, and plugged in the supplied power cord, it wouldn't turn off, we have a camera mounted in the garage so I could check from my phone to see if the laser and led light were still on, and they were, 10 minutes later still on and no movement in the garage during this time. So frustrated, I removed the unit from the ceiling and from the supplied power cord. Now on the battery only as power, it works perfectly, on with any movement, and off in about 30 seconds, great, but, plug it back into the supplied power source, and it just runs without turning off. So i look at the power supply that came with the unit, it says 6v thats 6 volt output, I think thats odd, because the battery back up is three 1.5 volt AA batteries, Im wondering why it runs on three 1.5 volt batteries (thats a total of 4.5 volts) and the power supply they sent is 6volts and not 4.5? After rummaging through some other power supplies i have for some led lights, I found one thats 4.5 volts and had the same plug on it. I plugged it into the laser unit and it works Perfectly! On with any movement, and Off after about 30 seconds, awesome! to double check, i plug it back into the original 6v power supply that came with it, and it just stays on and on and on till the unit starts getting warm. So, all in all, I would have given it 5 stars if it would have worked like it was supposed to without me having to replace the power supply with one that actually makes it work right. I did read some other peoples reviews that complained about the same problem, but they were told when they open the door to check it, the light and lasers turn on and they think they are always on, but there not. Well mine were always on, I suspect the others were probably always on also. Ok enough of that, how does it work? I bought the double laser model and mounted it in the middle of the garage where my wife parks, her car "just" fits in the garage with about 1 inch on each mirror clearance when she drives in the opening of the garage, so moved her car into the garage opening so that her mirrors were about 1 foot from entering the garage at the narrowest part, then I aimed one of the lasers at the very center of her dash, this way when she is entering she will have a visual to tell if the car is centered. Then we moved the car inside just far enough that the garage door will miss the back bumper by about 1 inch, and I positioned the second laser to a spot on her dash, done deal! then I backed her car out and gave it a try, worked like a charm! So Im happy it worked out, not so happy I had to order another power supply for my led light charger to replace the one that is now running the garage Parking guide.

The product overall is okay. It is somewhat difficult to find placement so that the lights can hit the dashboard on two cars due to the limited movement ability of the lasers. The greatest negative for me is the constant loud buzzing sound. It is there 24/7, and bothers me if I am working in the garage. Also, it is not possible to communicate with the seller or producer, the link provided takes you to a furniture sale website, and a rabbit hole, so I can’t even tell them what is wrong with the product and ask for a replacement. I will have to return it before the date passes. Save yourself time, don’t buy this product.

esta bueno pero tiene el defecto que zumba mucho mientras no se activa el lazer , una vez activado deja de zumbar pero en cuanto se apaga vuelve a zumbar.
