is the gelatin from pork product?

I couldn't find any direct information on the question you asked, however I copied this from the Barlean's website, "Kosher Certification: Many Barlean's products are currently Kosher certified. These include: Forti-Flax, Flax Oil, High Lignan Flax Oil, Omega Twin, High Lignan Omega Twin, Borage Oil and Coconut Oil." This list does not directly identify Fish oil as kosher certified (thus not containing any pork) however it gives you some alternatives if you're seeking Omega 3 in your diet. I believe some of those products are made with similar gel caps, so I don't know why they would make one with pork gelatin and another with something different. Obviously this probably isn't enough evidence so I would suggest contacting Barlean's directly at  info@barleans.com OR 800.445.3529. Good luck!

is it pure cod liver oil no added vitamins?

This is not cod liver oil.  Barlean's has a separate product line for cod liver oil. This fish oil comes from the whole fish (anchovy, sardine, and mackerel) rather than just the liver, and contains ascorbic acid, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, soy lecithin and d-alpha tocopherol. These act as an anti-oxidant ensuring the product is fresh.  Ascorbic acid is vitamin C.

Why did not write the word organic on the packaging ?

"Barlean's Organic Oils" is a reference to the manufacturer not the products. Barleans actually change their name from "Barlean's Organic Oils" to just "Barleans" over two years ago because they produce more than just oils now. Amazon has been VERY slow to adopt this change. We have brought this to their attention dozens of times, yet nothing has been done. It causes customer confusion much like this situation and it would be nice if they catch up with the times.As far as this particular product is concerned, "Organic" is not even a possibility. "Organic" means that something is grown without chemicals or pesticides. It means that it was grown naturally 100%. Since fish are not grown they reproduce fish oil can NEVER be organic.
