is this insoluble fibre or soluble fibre? Does it cause constipation?

Hi Ruth, Appetite contains both soluble & insoluble fibres and should not cause constipation. In particular it contains Sugar Beet fibre, it’s insoluble fibre components increase faecal bulk & the soluble components are fermented by bacteria leading to an increase in bacterial mass (friendly bacteria we need), making sugar beet great for anyone looking to improve their normal bowel function. Has this stopped anyone else sleeping?

Hi, I had no issues sleeping from this product. But we're all different!

How long does this last

There are 36 servings in the tub but I didn’t have a serving before every meal, usually just before my dinner in an evening. That would mean I then didn’t get the munchies in the evening and it helped me have a smaller portion of my main meal. Also, taking the meno weight capsules as well, in combination, like a tablet before breakfast and lunch, would help stop snacking!
