It’s imported from China unfortunately. But this brush is too hard to be used on a humans face. It’s better as a shoe brush. Do not buy.

What does military style mean in regards to thia product?

I think the oval design was similar to a military issued board head brush. I use it every day it really does a great job on my beard I highly recommend it
