Well made and professional!
The product was packaged well so the fountain and components did not sustain any damage during shipment, and lots of detailed and helpful information was included on the box, in a pamphlet, and on the outside of the bowl of the fountain as non-intrusive stickers. Lots of convienient QR codes for quick links to filter refills, replacement parts, video tutorials, and customer service! Replacement parts are always a concern of mine, so knowing that ORDSA carries individual replacement parts for affordable prices is reassuring, as some companies would make you re-purchase an entire product instead of just a part for it. This fountain even has a 18-month warranty which really goes to show that ORDSA strives for reliability and customer satisfaction. The fountain itself seems to be well-made. The stainless steel material appears good quality, and is easy to clean. There are a few books and crannies such as the holes and grates in the plastic filter housing, but the bottle brush that's included greatly helps with cleaning them. The silicone spout attachments also appear good quality and are easy to swap out and install and fit snugly once in place. The water pump also seems to be a decent quality and pumps water well. Please note, though, that the clear plastic pieces are supposed to stay in the pump! They control the intake of the water so the stream or bubbler can have a strong or gentler current, depending on your or your pet's preference. Basic care for the pump to ensure it keeps running well is to clean it well and make sure it doesnt run dry. It'll make gushing or chugging noises when the water level is too low, and the bubbler nozzle may sputter. Otherwise, it's very quiet. You cant really hear the hum of the pump and lowering the water flow will make it quieter. I personally like some ambient water sounds so I kind of enjoy the quiet ripples it emits. Also, the silicone plug for the hole which the pump cord goes through is a nice attention to detail to prevent spillage or the pump from being yanked. Same with the suction cup feet. I got the 2 Liter capacity size, which holds 3 plastic water bottles worth of water. It's a pretty good size. Definitely not too small and it gives my 20 pound cat plenty of water to drink from over the span of a few days. Although I will say he still needs more water intake, but this fountain has definitely helped encourage him to drink more. When I was setting it up, he immediately started to drink from the bowl before I put the lid on. He was initially intimidated by the fountain aspect but quickly got used to it and has enjoyed drinking from it since. It seems to help him relax his whiskers, too, which is a nice plus. My only nitpick is that the filter doesnt catch hairs as well as it needs to, as my shorthair cat sheds so much. However, I can personally fix this by adding a small trim of plastic or metal mesh over the filter cartridge. In summary / TLDR: Great packaging, comes w/ lots of information including troubleshooting and customer service, thoughtfully well made & durable components, quiet water sound, changeable pump intensity, filter doesnt catch hairs effectively, but cat enjoys and uses product as intended.

Highly recommended
Iโve been using this fountain for a few months with zero problems. My cats like it fine. My dog likes it too when she gets the chance to sneak a drink. Itโs easy to clean and is virtually silent. The only time I hear it is when the water is getting low. Itโs easy to clean and simple to put back together. Thereโs a diagram on the bottom with four dots to show you exactly where to attach the pump, no guesswork or repositioning needed. The water capacity is good for my 2 cats. I probably add a cup and a half of water each week by slowly pouring it into the bowl, no need to take the fountain apart. The pump works great, with a steady, gentle arc of water on the back side of the bowl.

Quite and Easy to Clean
If youโre looking for a dependable pet fountain thatโs easy to clean and quite, you should give this one a go. I needed a fountain that didnโt take 30-45 minutes to clean or keep me up at night. This fountain replaced the two fountains I previously used, and my only regret is not replacing them sooner. This fountain, has a large capacity. It is easy to setup and useโฆbut most importantly, ITS A BREEZE to clean. Thereโs no tight nooks a crannies that you canโt get to. Also, it has, what I call, a double filtration operation. Thereโs a carbon filter with a debris screen where the water goes down through the lid, . Hair, particles and impurities are filtered out there. Then on the other side the water is filtered as it goes through the pump. Thats fabulous. It has a couple design flaws in my opinion, but neither devalue the machine. 1โฆthereโs not an easy way to monitor the water level or usage. You have to remove the lid to check. The work around to this is adding a cup every other day to keep it full. 2โฆ in order for the fountain to flow right the pumps output has to be centered just right under the lid. If itโs not lined up correctly then the water may not get pumped up to the lid. Ideally the pump output tube and the tube in the lid would connect and eliminate that problem. Over all though this is a great fountain. My 5lb maltese and 18lb cat share it. Itโs definitely big enough for them and perhaps another. Oh, the filters for this thing doing last long at allโฆ and they donโt seem to have much charcoal in them either. Thatโs probably the biggest con. Personally, I am about to start making filters for my fountain. The info is out there, and Iโm fairly sure I can do better than whatโs offered.

Best Cat Water Fountain I Ever Purchased
Both of my cats LOVE this fountain. Prior to purchasing it I tried several other brands that were basically a hard plastic and had very noisy motors which frightened my cats. They had corners that were hard to clean and resulted in not only slime build-up, but algae too! I quickly abandoned them and searched for a long time until I found the ORSDA cat fountain. Until I found this fountain my one cats would ONLY drink from a running faucet while the other would only drink from a bowl but would frequently tip it over or smack the water out with his paws. This fountain works for both cats. The motor is very quiet. When you start to hear it, just add some water. You DO NOT need to open the top to add water. I just add water to the drinking trough using a measuring cup. Usually adding 8 - 16 oz. works well. Cleaning is so easy too. At first I though it was going to be hard, but cleaning brushes are provided, and it is very easy to wipe down the stainless steel bowl and top piece. Changing the filters is incredibly easy too. I clean it every other week. I like that the cat hair is trapped below (you'll see this when you clean it) and my cats are getting fresh water without hair in it. I noticed a lot of people mentioned "slime" when they clean it, but I found very little slime. The slime build-up that happens with every fountain, is often dependent on the number of pets using it, the average temperature where the fountain is kept, and the frequency of cleaning. I find that the stainless steel results in significantly less slime than other fountains or even water bowls. I've had my ORSDA cat fountain for 2 months and I absolutely love it and so do my cats. I highly recommend it.

A great pet fountain
I had my reservations about buying this fountain. It is expensive when compared to other pet fountains. I have tried quite a few including the PetSmart Petmate Deluxe and Drinkwell 360 fountains, which were cheaper. While I had a minor problem with this fountain, which Iโll explain, this fountain is still a winner. Hereโs why: PROs: It is easy to clean. It is a very simple design and there are not a lot of places that are hard to reach where mold and other scum can accumulate. Even with the filters and regular cleanings my Drinkwell 360 had places that I could not easily clean and it developed scum. Cleaning the Drinkwell required taking apart many different little pieces and scrubbing like mad in hopes of getting everything. I had the plastic model and the different flow filters, which were initially a selling point, became a pain because they cracked and didnโt stay on. This fountain has very simple parts which makes them easy to clean in a fraction of the time. I also like that this is stainless steel. Stainless steel is not as likely to build up residue and is easy to keep clean. The rubber mat! This fountain comes with a cute little mat to protect the floor from spills. Like the rest of the fountain, it is easy to clean. Another bonus is the size. The other fountains I had were huge and took up a lot of space (in addition to being prone to sludge.) The top fits very snugly on the bottom. I really appreciated this. Finally, do I talk about aesthetics? This bowl is rather pretty. Whether you favor Danish hygge, Scandanavian minimalism, organic modern, modern farmhouse, eclectic or industrial stylings, this little fountain is guaranteed to get the designer stamp of approval. If you must do pet fountains, please do this one. CONS:You need to monitor the water on this one. You want to make sure there is enough water for the water to make it out the top. A careless bump from kids could cause water to spill and the pump to burn out. That brings me to my one struggle. My kids did spill some water and before I caught it, the pump burned out. I was annoyed, but this happens with all water pumps, so I should hardly be surprised. I grumbled to myself a bit, but a replacement pump was easy to buy and did not cost a lot. I bought it, adjusted the placement of our dish and we are happy again. Thatโs me. If my cats could type they would give it five paws. For those few weeks while the pump was out, the cats were clearly bummed by the bowls of still water I offered them. Even putting water in fancy crockery did not entice them and they kept walking back to the stainless bowl and looking at me. Thatโs what prompted me to get a new pump and now we are all happy again. The pump makes a little hum, but it is not loud. With the splashing of water, it has a white noise zen vibe. Weโre good with it.

simple, well made and quiet.
This is for my large 8 year old cat. Clean water is important for his health. It is all stainless steer except for the pump the water tube and some trim work on the top. It is easy to clean. I find that many fountains are too hard to keep clean and get very moldy quickly. The ones with the cur little daisies just produce mold, pink and catch hair. It was easy to put together and a starter packet of filters and sponges came in the box . Also when I registered it they sent an 18 piece packet of filters and sponges. Very nice touch. I replace the filter once a week and change the sponge every three times. This is good for one cat and the size is right. I find I just don't change the really big ones as often because it's such a bother. The filter is effective enough to keep the water clear for the whole time between changes. I like when it makes a very quiet noise when the water gets too low; it's hard to tell because the water keeps pumping and does not drop below the top part of the fountain. I had other ones that used to run dry.nIt is cheap enough and compact enough to have multiple ones for multiple cats. I am getting a rescue cat from my son's divorce and will get another one for Momma cat. The fact that it is reasonably priced make that possible. I have had 3 other fountains an abandoned them because the were too large and hard to clean and were mold magnates. All in all a nice reasonably priced product. BTW Boo comes running when I put his daily Ice cubes in it in the morning. You all know every cat is just full of little quirks -----Good job guys!

It's decent
This water fountain was pretty good while it lasted. It was easy to clean when there was calcium buildup on it, and it was easy to refill and it projected the water well. I'm not sure if it was an issue of durability or just user error, but after about 6 months the projector cord got loose and some water got inside it and it broke unfortunately. Still a decent option if you're in the market, although I would probably recommend one of those constant fresh water fountains instead because this one just recycles the same water and gets a lot of saliva built up from your animals.

Excellent / Quiet / Nice Design
I bought this exact model 2.5 years ago, and it finally died. Normally I'm not thrilled with things that only last a few years, but for the price I really can't complain. Most of my foster cats really liked this fountain, and I appreciate how quiet it is since it is often in my bedroom. It's basically silent. Plus, when this new one arrived I noticed that there were some nice design changes, so they obviously care about making the product better and better. SUPER happy with this product and highly recommend. Plus the filters are easy to buy so it's easy to maintain.

Cat loves it
Our cat loves this fountain. Before, he would only drink from his water tray a few times a day, but now we can be confident that he will drink enough water everyday.

Fuss-free cleaning
It's super easy to take apart to clean. Makes little to no noise and both my cat and dog enjoy drinking out of it.
