I have used this product for a month and it has leaked yesterday, what should I do?

Please check the 2 steps below 1. whether clean the filter box regularly and replace the filter, gathering too much dust and hair can also clog.

I purchased this pet fountain, but the pump stopped working several months.

Recommend to disassemble and clean the pump every 1-2 weeks. Some customers disassmeble the pump halfway. Did not take out the magnet impeller inside to clean. Pls see the video above. If it still have problem pls contact-us to solve the problem.

The cat water dispenser make noise, humming along nicely, but not stop working.

Please troubleshoot 1.The water level is too low, pls add more water. 2.The magnet impeller was clogged with hair and slime inside the pump, pls clean the pump weekly.
