Excellent and easy to use machine, very helpful and reliable for daily clinical practice. Really nice service by the company as well.

Ultrasonic device gives confident that even if i get pain i can manage it. Easy to use n result oriented device. Worth buying. So far no fault. I also bought an Ift device through amazon of medgear brand n no sooner i lodged minor fault in the M/c they immedistely given replacement. Satisfied with after sales service.

This ultrasound machine quality is too bad, please don't buy,this is my true experience,I purchased 2 months before,but I used only 1 month,the machine is not working now intensity is not coming, only warrenty card they will provide,not warrenty,no response from customer care, Useless product,very bad experience, I again telling that please don't buy this brand equipment.

Good and useful product

I’m a physical therapist, I use to carry my big machine to my client visit therapy but this instrument is portable and also value for money. About the product after using it for 1 month - The frequency has been reduced the watt do not provide proper heat. - To get the pressure of 2.0watts/sq.cm I have to set it 3.0-3.5watts/sq.cm which mean this product is not providing high intensity if you require.

Thanks to Medgears for coming up with sucha user friendly product. Usually physiotherapy clinics would charge you 400 to 500 per session. We need to attend two weeks minimum for a visible result which will cost is around 7000. So with the help of this product we can easily save our money. Most importantly we can use when ever we want for whole family.

After opening the box.....tested the machine...has good output even for its size..got relief after first use iself for joint pain. Definitely worth a try.
