Product arrived on time and is perfect! The bands are labelled too - grey is light, pink is medium and black is strong. They are fantastic! Very good resistance and they don’t roll down! The set also comes with a book of exercises which includes a suggested weekly plan which has been very helpful so far. I have only used the bands for a few days and I’m already seeing results! Definitely worth it!!

These bands are amazing! You can really feel the quality of them, you get a booklet with different ways to use them and a workout plan! They also give you a nutrition plan and their website has videos of how to use them if the booklet isn't enough (it does have photos but sometimes it's easier to watch someone demonstrate). The case they come in is great, makes it really easy for me to take them to the gym. They've really taken my leg days to the next level! The burn is unreal. Highly recommended!

I had seen the reviews for these on Facebook and having used a rubber band at the gym I thought I would try these. I must say they are fantastic!! Comfortable and boy do they work your glutes!! I am only two weeks in but can see a difference already. The support on their FB page is great with regular challenges and ideas, tips etc. Word of caution, if you haven’t done any exercise for a while make sure you warm up properly first! All in a fantastic buy! You really need to buy these!

really happy with these bands! was previously using some rubber silicone ones I'd bought from amazon that had really good reviews...but they don't even compare to these. definitely recommend to only go for fabric bands and these are just what I wanted. feel very good quality and I've been having some great workouts with them. hopefully they hold up well over time - it's to early to tell as I've only been using for 2 weeks. really enjoy the 10min workout video available on the company's youtube, I just wish there were more longer videos to follow along to! also these bands are super cute - I like the colours and branding.

The best fabric bands on the market. Stay in place, don’t lose sturdiness. Durable, washable and stay in place. I’ve tried many and although a more expensive option on the market, they are the best. Come with a little book and Arena have a great Instagram account to follow.

These bands are amazing. They work much better that the latex bands. My glutes are sore after the workout.)) However, the band’s inner rubber damaged my leggings. It depends on the leggings material because the other 2 pairs were fine. Finally, the brand logo is too big and flashy. I feel like a walking advertisement. I will try to remove it or cover somehow. I know that it’s not an issue for other people. Otherwise it does what it says.

Love these bands so far! The resistance level is perfect on all of them - the light is easily stretched and the heavy is very tight! I've been mostly using the medium but will give the heavy a go for squats soon. The quality seems really good so far too. They don't slip down or roll-up my legs like the latex ones do and they're very comfortable to use in shorts or leggings. The little book that comes with them is pretty good too, especially if you're using bands for the first time. Can't wait to use these more!

I have been using these at home for strength work - very versatile for so many muscle groups. I’m not a fan of weights…these are compact and the manual a great reference
