Is this product any good?

yes, it is, these endless hoops are made of 14k gold-filled wire, which has a thick layer(100 times thicker than gold plated) of 14k solid gold mechanically bonded on copper, fade-resistant, so you can shower and sleep with it.

What size is best for a second and third hole?

Dear customer: to choose the accurate hoop size, it's always commandeered to measure it, as everyone is different individual from each other. Please measure the distance from the hole to the ear(nose) edge, suggested add 1mm- 2mm to your measurement (add 1mm for tight fit, add 1.5- 2mm for a loose fit).

does the piercing come with the ear hair... this is a deal breaker if not ?
