Is that comfortable for people how Weight 200 lbs

I weigh over 200 and it was very comfortable for me.

Does anyone have ideas on how to get rid of the smell? It's very strong and it seems to come from the foam, not the cover. Will it go away?

I’m sensitive to the formaldehyde that is in most new fabric, carpet, foam and other items. I’m jealous of people that don’t even notice it. If it can be washed with an upholstery cleaner or tossed in a washing machine, the smell becomes manageable. Otherwise, I have to leave items outdoors until the outgassing has finished.

Will this work on a frame without another mattress under it?

Cozzzi folding mattress is not as wide as a twin side mattress. It is a firm mattress that might need a pillow top places on it.

Is this good for replacing a normal spring mattress to be used every night

I've been using it now for two months and I like it. I'm used to sleeping on the floor on a stiff foam camping mat, so this is a soft upgrade from that. It fits almost exactly into the space available in my studio apartment's dressing room, allowing me to use that room as my bedroom and escape the city street noise. For reference, I'm 5'9", 157 lbs. I couldn't be happier.
