Fabulous book loaded with excellent glazing techniques as well as many tried and true glaze recipes. This was a great purchase.

I have been a potter for over 50 years and was able to find ideas I have already acted on. Any potter will find it useful. Linda

Like ALL OTHER C.A. Handbooks, half of the compiled articles are useful techniques; the other half is FILLER from other Ceramic Arts Handbooks. This seems to be their Modus Operandi, half new, half unrelated, random articles from theirother books. I highly recommend, before buying ANY of their books, check it out from your local library (or have themorder it for you via an Inter Library Loan I just ordered 9 of their books. The more I looked through them, the madder I got, at ALL THE REDUNDANT FILLER!! BEWARE of these books, NEW COVERS, NEW NAMES, OLD ASSORTMENTS!!!
