Got exactly what I wanted
Great quality, and fare price! I workout a lot and cupping works best for me to recover. First tried cupping with my physio therapist and now decided to have my own set. Already tried this set and it works perfectly!

Recommended If you have chronic tightness or pain
As someone who gets frequent sports massage or goes for treatment as I train quite a lot, this is helping me to save money as I can apply them on tight areas like my traps myself at home. Fairly easy to use by yourself or if you get someone to help too.

Pretty decent
Took a while to get used to it as originally it wasn’t keeping it air tight. But I’ve had a bit of practice and it’s decent. Not the easiest thing to use on yourself but it’s decent and excellent value for money

No suction, poor quality..
Hate having to return items but had to return these cups due to the fact the suction didn’t work the actual device to apply the suction felt of poor quality and didn’t always work, when placing cups on shoulders, legs or upper back the slightest movements would make the cups fall off I believe they was applied properly and I did use the device as instructions stated for the price you get a lot but the quality does let it down unfortunately

Love them!
My sports therapist uses cupping on my tight muscles so I thought I'd buy myself some cups to use at home. Wow, a game changer for me. After a long swim or hours on the motorbike, my shoulders are achy and sore. These are easy to apply and work really well. I would highly recommend them.

Ok product.
Generally a good product. The suction isn’t great on the cups though, they loosen quite easily.
