Why does it have an odor?

Authentic boar bristle may have a slight natural animal hair scent when new. This is not a product quality issue, but a characteristic of the natural material. Place it in a well-ventilated area for 1-3 days, and the scent will dissipate.

Why does shedding occur?

During the first few uses of a new boar bristle round brush, a very small amount of loose bristles may shed. This is an inevitable residue from the normal production process and does not indicate a product issue.But it does not affect its normal use.

Why does a round brush lack grip?

Due to the soft nature of the bristles, a boar bristle brush may have limited effectiveness on extremely thick, coarse, or highly curly (kinky/coily) hair. Not recommended to use this brush.
