Superb product but difficult to charge

Love this!

Cute but needs charging so that is a consideration I didn’t check out

My son loves this jeep, had lots of power and took a beating. But he accidentally drove it down the stairs and the wheel popped off.

Updated 12/3/2023: the seller contacted me within 2 days after posting the old review. They refunded the RC car and sent a replacement by the end of the week. It definitely was the battery, so I got another battery and now both our girls have a car and they are very sturdy, bumping into walls, flipping over, and crashing into each other. They go pretty fast! My 5 year old learned the controls pretty quickly, so overall 5 out of 5 for ease of use, customer service, and durability.Old Review: Got this for my daughters 5th birthday. I like the concept, but the battery charging light would not stay lit consistently, which should have been the first red flag. We tried it out and you can go forward and reverse 3 times before the car would stop. Try turning and it would immediately shut down. I tried to get in touch customer support, since I'm past the 30 day return window, through the link in the product and it goes to a dead site. So I'm left with buying new batteries that cost as much as the car.

Driving it is fun. It's tough. It is a pain to recharge. You have to keep taking the back off to charge and the connector is hard and sharp. A real headache 😫.

Grandson had a blast playing with this on Christmas. Just remember to charge before using. The toggles are easy to use and very reactive to touch.
