It’s flavor is awful and sticks to your teeth hard, but as far as how it works I haven’t noticed a difference in anything since taking it. So it’s hard to rate.

It kind of works but I still feel less awake than with caffeine and if I take enough to feel awake by the time I want to go to bed I'm too awake. I guess I just need to find the right dosage 2 gummy's for me is to little, and 3 gummy's is to much.

Natural, keeps me focused

According to a few cases studies and web articles i reviewed, you would need to take at least double the dose the bottle recommends to match recommend dosages of each type of mushroom extract, otherwise great taste and when i do take recommended doses(especially lions mane & close to reshi’s recommended dose) i seem to notice effects, but can’t be sure of placebo or not yet as it’s only been 2 weeks as of today. great product, needs more extract per gummy or be more straightforward with how much each recommended doses are.
