Rosehip Oil - 1 Fl Oz - Carrier Oil for Hair, Skin, Face, Scalp & Body Care

I’m a certified herbalist and aromatherapist and trust Gya Labs for a lot of the oils that I choose to use in my formulations. I absolutely love their Sea Buckthorn oil. I use this is my skincare products - from face serums to salves. Amazing quality, with wonderful properties - like moisturizing and other important qualities. Has a lovely, earthy scent, and as far as oiliness goes, it’s fast absorbing into the skin. Great value for the cost!

I originally picked this up thinking I’d use it occasionally, but it’s turned into something I reach for all the time. The first thing I noticed is how light and easy it feels on the skin. It absorbs well, doesn’t leave that heavy greasy layer, and has a very mild, natural scent. Nothing overpowering, just clean and subtle. Where this really shines is for tired muscles and everyday aches. After a long day or even just sleeping wrong, I’ll use a small amount and massage it in. It has that calming, soothing effect that just takes the edge off. It’s commonly used for muscle tension and post-workout recovery, which is exactly how I’ve been using it . I’ve also used it on dry skin and even a bit on my scalp, and it works well there too. It feels like a true multi-use oil rather than something you buy for one purpose and forget about. Another thing I appreciate is that it’s simple and clean. No unnecessary additives, just a straightforward botanical oil that does what it’s supposed to do. The bottle is small, but you don’t need much, so it lasts longer than you’d expect.

Holy cow this stuff stinks!! Makes me nauseous but my sense of smell is pretty strong, so it may not be as pungent to others. However, this stuff really works!!! To the point where it stopped me from returning it! I’ll have to figure out a way to get past the smell when I need it, because this stuff is a miracle in a bottle for migraines and sore muscles!

Very effective oil. I like Gya because their oils are truly pure and undiluted. Arnica oils isn't good for muscles only, it's extremely efficient for skin problems, especially dry and unhealthy skins. It restores the skin and prevents skin cracks caused by dehydration. You can combine it with shea butter for better results. It's a real treasure. Just get it!

I am not sure where I would be without oil. I work in the restaurant business which means I am on my feet. As well as constantly lifting and moving boxes of food. Which means I typically have an ache or pain somewhere. I've found arnica oil to be great at helping ease pain in sore shoulders and feet! Rub this on where you are hurt or stiff and enjoy the pain relief. (Please, note contacting a medical professional is highly recommended before using.) The bottle is great for travel. The cover is tight and the dropper makes applying easy. I personally enjoy the smell of arnica oil. I am not put off by its ordor which can be smelled when I first apply it. As a carrier oil for massage etc. this would be great- it offers good glide and it takes a little time to be "soaked" into the skin and it is effective on stiff joints.

Good product. Good quality. Where to buy again?

Hard to tolerate the smell which is crazy strong, lingering, and not pleasant. BUT I think the oil is effective for skin care.
