I love this mop so much that I bought a 2nd one after I was having trouble with the first one after 3 years. Turns out the problem was the battery charger. I asked the company if I could buy a new battery charger and they very kindly offered to send me one at no charge. So now I have 2 of these wonderful mops and that is fine with me. One for upstairs and one for down. I like this mop because it is sturdy and not noisy like another mop I tried and sent back. It is easy to operate and does a great job on my tile and wooden floors and does not leave streaks. I mix just a tad of floor cleaner in with the water. I bought a 2nd battery a while back because the house is big and I needed it to get it all done at one time. Probably would be enough cleaning time for a normal sized house. I bought extra cleaning pads also because they get to looking dingy after a while but that is to be expected. I throw them in the wash. I think you will love this mop and the company has great customer service.

Update: the seller reached out and sent me a replacement. Even though it took a while for me to get a new one that works well, but at least I am happy with the product now. I updated my review from 1 star to 5 star! Original review: Honestly pretty disappointed with this. It’s lightweight and easy to use, and it cleans decent for light stuff, but that’s about it. The spray function already stopped working after just one use (about half an hour), which is ridiculous. Also the battery takes forever to charge and only lasts around 20 minutes, way less than what’s advertised. Overall not reliable, wouldn’t recommend.

I have had this for 2 full months and have zero complaints! Easy to use, easy to clean, and store! It holds a battery charge for quite awhile. Pads stay in place (velcro is strong) and easy to clean. It's pretty quiet when in use and I like that its self propelled. I did't think that would matter, but its nice. I have since purchased 2 more as gifts for friends. Buy it!

This is a good mop, easy to use and cleans decently. There is a light on the front, and a pump to spray cleaning fluid when you press a button on the handle. The cleaning mops spin at a single constant speed and are quite strong. We had a problem with the pump motor that sprays about a year after purchase and support kindly sent us an entire replacement unit. Very prompt service and very polite.

This cordless mop makes mopping so much easier! It’s less stress on my body, and it does a better job cleaning then what I used before. It does the work for you. I searched for several products and this had the best reviews. So far all of those positive reviews are true in my case too. I highly recommend this product!

The self propelled really helps my back and it cleans very well. Works best with floor cleaner not just water. Very pleased with purchase.

The sprayer quit working after a few months, but I can still use it for scrubbing. Customer service was helpful, nice, and responsive and sent a replacement quickly. Honestly, really liked the mop or I wouldn't have reached out after the sprayer motor quit working. Will see how the replacement compares and hope long-term is fine. Battery life and charge per use quality is good, main reason I originally went with this brand after researching and comparing!

Update: I did a review when I first received this electric mop and now I'm just giving an update. In some of other people's reviews. They mentioned the product quit working after a few months. So it's now been almost a year since I purchased this and I have used it several times and still works quite well. I only use it about every 2 to 3 months. I don't have any children living with me and I have no pets so I don't need to use this every month. Other than me trying to purchase a second battery, I have no complaints about the product itself. At this price level, this is a really good electric mop so far. I'll do another review in about 4 months to update how the product is working and if my thoughts about it changes. In the video I talk about the goods and improvements that could make it better. However, I know it's a longer video than most so here is a brief description of those things; Pros: Arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Also, very easy to assemble. Machine is quiet, it's not loud by any means. Also, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver around a room. It cleans the floors quite nicely, doesn't leave any streaks or water spots. Suggestions for improvement; Would be helpful if it had a water level indicator Would be helpful if the lights for the battery charge indicator was more noticeable, maybe the lights change to red when the batteries are about out of power Would be nice to have the ability to turn the light off, which could help in saving the battery power
