Scales -- Scales and Scale Studies for the Viola (Edition Peters)

I purchased for myself because I've been struggling with viola scale intonation. I've tried a number of books but they haven't helped me achieve clear and consistent tone production. I'm glad I made the investment in this book. I'm starting at the bare bones again on scales and working my way through the book using its method. It's a very thorough work on scales from one to three octaves (and higher in some keys). So far I'm finding it much more helpful than any scale book I've previously used. Well worth the investment!

Helpful, practical and addresses the components of scale playing and technique in clear steps. It is idiot proof. Recommended for anybody at any level.

It's needs to state what level. Beginner Intermediate Advance.I will be able to use it but not at this moment. It a good book but I was looking for be beginning scales. The book reads/talks in an advance level.
