Great garage faucet with hot and cold. Easy pex installation. Works perfectly.

With the connection on the back, it made it SOOO easy to Pex in water into my garage. I am no plumber, but I bought all the tools on amazon and put hot and cold water into my garage with this. Very easy. Took under an hour and most of that was draining the water to below the lines I was cutting to T into.

I purchased this outdoor hydrant so I could run hot and cold water to my patio for cleaning up while cooking outdoors and also for bathing my pups. Happy I finally checked that project off my list. It works great.

Should last a long time. Although it's not a 1/4 turn shut off, the valves and the unit are well made. Came with no instructions but it's easy to install using PEX - took about 30 mins. No leaks, and the valves shuts off the water at the end of the 4" pipes, which are inside the insulated house preventing water from freezing. It also increases water pressure since there's now two water lines instead of just one. A separate siphon/backflow preventer isn't needed since it's built-in. A simple upgrade for a garage where cleaning things with hot water can be useful.
