The Company reached out and informed me of their 1 year warranty. I was unaware of it. Because of this warranty and their willingness to make it right. They reached out to me and sent replacement parts. This got the net back up and working. After a couple weeks of it’s still holding up well. I appreciate the company making the product I purchased work as it should.Great little net. We use it for soft toss. Hitting off a tee and as a target to throw too. I would buy again.

I am so impressed with this softball hitting net! It truly exceeded my expectations. The included tee is a great addition and has been a huge help for my daughter as she works on her hitting skills. Seems like a great product. Ours arrived very quick and everything was there . My only complaint is the string loop at the top of the net that holds net in place was sewed too small. I had to rig with a hair tie to hold the net up . But other than that it’s all good . I would recommend .

Overall great product, holds up to the daily abuse of my baseball team and child. The last one I bought a few years back stayed in the back of the truck a little too long this past year and got a little moldy. I plan to wash it but I figured why not have another one. My original model works great except for the carry bag which the zipper ripped out on inside the first week then the ends of the bag seems also tour as well quite easily. This new model has a sturdier bag with better zippers it appears. My last model had a t with a removable cup. Unfortunately the model of tea that comes with this one the cup is taped and wrapped to the telescoping base. It took less than one practice of missing the ball and hitting the cup by my 12-year-old baseball team break that piece. In the past all that would happen is the cup would go flying and we just have to pick it up and put it back on there as it was made of rubber. I would suggest to the company to go back to the cup style, it takes a beating a lot better.
