Does this drive come with a manufacturer warranty?

No warranty of any kind is included. The only thing expressly included is the 90 day Amazon return. It's the trade-off for the huge nearly one third price of new. Hard drives for the most part will typically fail at the beginning of life when they're brand new or at the end of their life. There are exceptions but that's where most of them tend to fail.
