I like the shaved ice and how easy it is to use it. When I opened the box, it smelt horrible as well as taste bad. I washed it 10 times with dawn soap. little dots come out if you just run water through it into the pan. I was extremely sick, I do not know for sure if this machine was the cause.

It's easy to wipe down the funnel and bowl, but its almost impossible to thoroughly clean the actual blades. It's also incredibly loud, where my wife can't really handle the noise and has to leave the room.But, it's incredibly easy to use, it's fast, and works fantastic. I do still really love it.
