Nutricost DHEA 50mg, 120 Capsules, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, GMO-Free

I started taking DHEA to help support healthy hormone levels as I've gotten older, and it's been an easy supplement to keep in my routine. After a few weeks, I noticed better overall energy, improved recovery after lifting, and I felt a little more motivated in the gym. It's not like flipping a switch overnight, but the changes were steady enough that I noticed them. One thing I like about DHEA is that it's one of those supplements with a specific purpose. If your levels are already where they should be, it probably isn't going to be a miracle pill. But if you're taking it for a legitimate reason and your healthcare provider agrees it's appropriate, it can be a worthwhile addition. I also like that this version is gluten-free, soy-free, and non-GMO. The only downside is that this isn't a supplement I'd take blindly forever. Since DHEA is a hormone precursor, I think it makes more sense to know where your levels are and reevaluate over time instead of assuming more is always better. For me, this has been a solid addition to my supplement routine. The quality has been consistent, the dosage is straightforward, and it's a good value compared to a lot of other DHEA options.

So far, so good. I may need to adjust the dosage down (common for me), but I really wanted to jump on here & tell Y'all about my first experience with DHEA. I am 70. I am female. Having not enough moisture in the various tissues where one would want such a thing has been a life-long problem. Seems that when the teenage acne went away, it took all the good stuff with it. We are talking dry mouth & dry eyes as well as the other areas. I dosed in the afternoon rather than combining it with my daily am supplements. Almost immediately, I got SALIVA!!! I will give an update as I move forward with this new thing, but I am so excited about this that I jumped on just to talk about it. Capsule is small & has no offensive taste.

Been taking it for years. After 25 your body lowers the production of DHEA. And it's a great supplement to support great skin, hair, and nails. And sex drive

Been using this for years (over 7 years) I stack it with DIM. This so the fountain of youth I'm 42 and I look in my 30s with diet and exercise of course.
