Description

What is aerial hoop? "Aerial Hoop", also commonly known as Lyra, is a circular apparatus hung by high-tensile rigging straps. It is generally constructed from steel or aluminum tubing, available in hollow or solid structures. Aerial hoop performance is a type of aerial acrobatics that blends physical strength, graceful body posture and bodily flexibility. Regular aerial hoop practice builds full-body fitness, especially toning your upper body and core muscles. It also boosts your body balance, joint mobility and overall movement elegance. Selecting an Aerial Hoop All size measurements of our aerial hoops refer to the inner diameter. This standard lets you accurately judge the usable vertical space from your head to the top inner bar of the hoop. The most suitable hoop size largely depends on your personal habits and comfort level. A practical way to pick your ideal size: Sit upright on a chair, measure the vertical distance from the chair seat to the top of your head, then add an extra 2 inches to get your recommended inner diameter size. The hanging mounting style decides your usable movement space, performance styles and overall operation experience. We supply two available options: Tabless (0-point) and Single Point suspension setups. Single Point Lyra: It features free 360° rotation. It works perfectly for venues with limited vertical installation space, and the spinning function supports abundant rotational aerial tricks and diverse creative movements. Tabless (0-point): This design provides stable fixed suspension for basic training and steady poses.
