Where do you put the license plate?

You have to buy a bracket that mounts into the open area above the chrome. Barely fits with KC lights. LED bar wouldn't fit.

If I remove my tow hooks can it be towed from this bar?

i honestly dont see where the bar would be strong enough to tow anything
