I purchased this for a 24inch doorway. It was advertised as being able to fit 24 inches. It did not fit. It would only “fit” if I removed the screws from one side, and I use the term “fit” loosely as it was jammed into place. However, being that it was squeezed into the opening, it was so tight it would not actually open the gate portion. This will be going back. Don’t waste your money. Based on measurements, it is more appropriate for a 26in or greater doorway.

The media could not be loaded.  This gate has a wide range of adjustability. I had already purchased two gates at my local target that wouldn’t fit my railing and staircase design. So I turned Amazon and ordered this one. I literally couldn’t be happier you could just either side to have a larger gap between the last bar in a wall. The reason you would do something like this is trim around the base of the wall for as you can see in the photos and video the railing need space to go to the top of the steps. It was extremely easy to install and even when it was shipped it had a zip tie around the gate so as you were installing the gate door wooden swing open (very thoughtful). The pressure gas that hold the gate to the wall are covered in a thick plastic rubber to protect the wall and grip. My other concern was what’s this baby gate going look like in my house. This one’s very attractive, I don’t mind it at all. My favorite feature is that the door can swing and open in both directions in at 90° it has a Divet that holds it out then. Currently my son is it crawling around just yet so it’s nice to be able to have the gate permanently opened and still installed waiting for the day when he is moving around more freely.Extremely happy with this purchase. In fact if I need another gate in the house this is the one I will buy.I hope this was helpful.

Best baby gate! Measure your opening, order the right size walk through gate. We got the 62" to 67" gate for our 65" opening, which was perfect. We also got the wall nannies for extra protection & stability, so having some extra space was key to fitting the wall nannies in, which added an extra inch. The door can be placed on either side of the gate, which worked great for us. Features that set this gate above the rest:--little white ramp under the door acts as a stand to hold the gate upright during installation, making it SO much easier to install it upright & level, and not crooked. I was able to install this gate without help from another adult b/c it could stand on its own while I was assembling it & before tightening it to the wall. Thus, It took me less than 20min to assemble this gate by myself, while my husband laid on the couch.--as opposed to putting together multiple small pieces together, which makes the gate wobbly, these gate pieces are big, which make the gate sturdier. It also comes w a metal reenforcement pieces to attach on top & on bottom of the gate attachment points to provide extra reinforcement to make the gate even sturdier.--The gate latch is not easy for kids to open, but it's easy for adults to open single-handedly while holding your baby or with arms full of things. The gate door really dose stay open at 90deg when placed & it really does close & latch on it's own behind you, which is amazing & convenient!--The way the gate's structured, even when the gate swings closed behind you & baby's right there grabbing, it's designed so that baby's fingers can't get pinched when it closes shut quickly on its own. -- very nice feature.I LOVE this gate! Definitely worth the money!!

I ordered this to put outside on my patio to designate a space for my puppy to go to the bathroom. We received it about a week ago and set it up, and it worked perfectly for the space - it was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, it didn't last. Tonight, after only a few days at work, the hinge snapped in half. Completely irreparable. Do NOT buy this fence if you intend to use it outside.

I am so pleased with this safety gate....great product. I wanted this safety gate for when my grandchildren come over to visit. The first thing I noticed about the gate was how sturdy and substantial it was. This looks beautiful when it's set up! I first put it up in the hallway....fantastic! So easy to set up, it only took about 4 minutes to put together and set up. I love how easy it is to open and close the gate, and appreciate the lock safety feature. This is such a convenient way of keeping the children out of the back of the house so I can keep them within eyes reach. Looks so good, I am going to just keep it up!

Its a misleading product description! It wasn’t easy to assemble plus it did not come with extra couplars or anchors that holds strength to the bottom and top of the extender metal to avoid shaking when in case baby shakes it, not only that we spent $15 for wall nannies to add protection as our toddler was wise enough to play around it. Too bad to have this gate, wondering why customers loved these craps, its a waste of money. If you read these, please listen to me, you’ll be ended up disappointed through it. From the price point to the design of the product and installation wasnt quick enough with lack of tools / equipment, will return this!!

Although this works great, the directions were horrible. The bottom pieces to not even go all the way on.But there is a safety issue. I added photo and circled the safety issue. No reason to have that bar open like that.Thankfully I never leave my puppy by herself, but she put her head through and tried to climb through and got hurt. Yelped a few times as I eased her out. No reason for that opening.

Great Skate! Fits our narrow doorways perfectly keeps our dogs out of areas that we do not want them took out. Easy to install and work.
