A poor joke has been played on me. Amazon has breached my trust.
The UVC lamp has stopped working within 3 days of our purchase. The replacement product sent by Amazon was a poor joke. I was delivered a second hand used bag without the UV tubelight and holder. Extremely disgusted with the product seller and Amazon's handling.

Okay product
Good product but like many have already advised the plug quality on both ends are pathetic, the side connecting the UV tube broke within a month and the plug broke recently.

Well made product
I liked the volume and finish. I used to UV sanitise mobile phones, car keys, house keys, currency notes, fruits, vegetables etc. Saves a lot of time. A timer would be very useful because one can forget to switch it on when busy. The UV tubelight plug keeps coming out from the socket after some uses, but overall a good product. The materials used are good.

UV Sanitizer Bag
First of all, the ad shows that the UV bag kills the viruses but on the bag, the word " Virus" has been omitted.The material used is fragile and the wire attachment comes out again and again. The quality of attachment is so low that it doesn't fit well in the socket of the instrument. In my case, the attachment gave way in 3-4 th use and a part of the pin has fallen off. The product is definitely not value for money.

Useless product. Zips are too tight. Very bad material and workmanship. Just exploiting people. I can't return too.UV bulb blew off in 5 minutes. Where can I get replacement of UV bulb? Please advise.

Little pricey for this quality
Bought this for disinfecting daily items like masks, watch, general items etc. The bag quality is fine but the quality of the electronics needs a lot of improvement. The plug broke within days and the UV light tube fitment was also damaged when i received it. On top of it you'll get constant calls for reviews and feedback which is not appreciated.Maybe search the market a bit more if you are able to find an alternative. You might something similar at a cheaper price.P.S: Reduced 1 star for the constant spam calls for ratings and reviews.
