Great value
I have been looking for a budget friendly vitamin D supplement and bought these based on what other reviews. It’s too early to tell if they are effective but I’m really happy that they are vegetarian and that the tablets are small and extremely easy to swallow. The packaging takes up less space than conventional bottles and is less plastic to eventually recycle. It’s very positive that you get a whole year’s supply which means more money in your pocket and less plastic waste for the environment : )
