It’s a small pill I usually pop before bedtime. Swallows down easy with or without water. And seems to do what is says on the box. Contains enough pills for a year. Great buy.

Very small pills easy to swallow and I actually feel the positive effects. Very effective, men should take vitamin D, especially if they work inside because that will improve your testosterone. No taste.
