I’ve been using this tahini for a while now and I’m really happy with how smooth it is. The texture is creamy and easy to stir, without being overly thick or dry. The flavor is rich and nutty with no bitterness, which makes a big difference in sauces and dressings. It blends beautifully into hummus, salad dressings, and marinades without needing extra oil. My favorite is to drizzle on my salad alond with a couple shakes of coconut aminos and it is all I need, delicious. I like that it’s organic and made with simple, clean ingredients. The large 2 lb jar is perfect if you use tahini often and don’t want to run out quickly. It feels fresh and high quality every time I order it. I would recommend highly, Thank you!

This is exactly what I wanted the taste is AWSOME! Texture is Great! The color and thickness is what I remember. Works great in shakes,salad dressing, even ss a warm drink on a cold night. So happy I found it. Also love the bucket that it comes in It is very versatile can be used for sweet & savory foods. It's easy to use just pour in blender eith fruit s and seasoning sweater and blend. Same with savory. Or you can just add it staight into some raw dishes

I use tahini in hummus and assorted sauces. This is hulled raw sesame tahini, tastes fresh, and worked well in my hummus. It does separate, so it needs to be stirred before use. The only down-side was that I ran out, so I ordered it in July. When it arrived, the jar was actually too hot to comfortably handle, WAAAAY hotter than the outdoor temperature at the time of delivery. Delivery Trucks that are not climate controlled can get extremely hot during Southwest Summers, and items transported in those trucks will be as hot as the truck insides, so think 110F outside temp, temps inside enclosed vehicles that are not climate controlled can run upwards of 160F within an hour, so, not good for lots of things. It does come in glass (+++) so you don't have to worry about plastic off-gassing due to high temperatures, but that kind of temperature for extended periods of time can cause products to "cook". (the several hours from the time it is loaded on the truck until it is dropped off at your door). Add this to the list of things to stock up on before the summer heat sets in 😁.

The taste of the product itself is great (10 stars), but unless you’re “He-man” or are interested in giving yourself a hernia, avoid ordering this size. I cannot believe they don’t have a better more user-friendly top that’s easier to remove. My hands are literally hurting trying to lift the lid. I eventually have to put it on the floor squeeze it between my feet and use all my weight to try to peel it open. I do not look forward to doing this every time I get this container..

I am well pleased with my order! I purchase 16oz at a local market recently at a high price, making my homemade hummus difficult to afford every week! So I shopped around! This item was delivered quickly, carefully, well packaged, with no leakage, no breakage and well sealed! Also fresh, and with a clear date and fresh for quite a long time. It tasted very fresh, without bitterness, meaning it had probably been properly refrigerated all along. My regular homemade hummus made with this product is delicious! And it was very easy to mix up before use with just a regular utensil. The thickness is just as it should be. I recommend and will reorder from this vendor!

Me gusta mucho este producto y lo he comprado en varias ocasiones. Sólo añado 2 comentarios, la última vez que lo compré venía un poco más líquido de lo normal aunque el sabor era igual de bueno. Y el otro comentario es una sugerencia para que le pongan un sello adherido a la boca del frasco ya que el anillo de plástico no es suficiente y si no está bien cerrado se puede derramar la crema como alguna vez así me llegó.
