REALGLOW Real Flame Outdoor Pyramid Patio Heater 13KW - Black

Great heater I mostly use it for the decoration of flame. Wouldn’t say it gives much heat but looking amazing. Bigger than expected and quite a bit assembling but it’s easy enough

Ordered it on Sunday, item arrived Thursday to Channel Islands! Assembly took us couple of days so that it was ready for the bbq that weekend, probably need two people to put together but not overly complicated. Spent nice evening outside with this going on,looks beautiful and gives a fair amount of warmth.Overall we are impressed and happy with this purchase

No bad at all. Have to build it, but it was ok to do, took a while to purge the gas on 1st use, but then worked and looked great. Mabe could be a bit hotter, but am overal happy with it :)

This heater is a lit bigger than I thought my fault I failed to read the dimensions, however it kicks out enough heat. It’s a little tricky to put together and the screws didn’t fit I had to go buy some self tappers as the threads were gone on the base.

Nice

We bought this product and we have tried to assemble it. The instructions are totally totally inappropriate and the assembly instructions are completely shocking. I would never buy this item at all. It is currently sat in my garden doing nothing

I have had several outdoor heaters all of which have been a bit of a letdown. Gas Depot's outdoor real flame pyramid patio header is absolutely fabulous. Not only does it heat all around our patio but we just cant stop looking at it! The flame in the glass tube is brilliant and on a night time not only is great to see but provides light to our patio area. We cannot rate this enough , thanks GasDepot.

This is a large patio heater. The sort you find in pub gardens (at least when they’re allowed to open). Assembly was fairly easy although the instructions are not clear and some parts not readily identifiable. This resulted in panels being fixed to the wrong side, but easily rectified. It fits together well although the central glass tube joint is a bit flimsy. Mine arrived with a defective gas regulator which constantly leaked when connected. I switched it out and replaced it with a quality Weber one. Heat output is ok on full burner but not brilliant with a lower flame. It does produce a very good visual effect at all settings though. As this is a big heater it is somewhat obtrusive if a group of people are sitting around it.It’s not particularly portable as the tiny wheels don’t engage the ground and lift the base clear until it’s tipped back to a significant angle. If you do this with a full gas cylinder in it the cylinder will move and push the side panel out. There is also a risk that the glass inner sleeve will fall out when tipped up at the angle needed to move it and when doing so the wire frame sides unhook themselves. There are some design flaws that could easily be fixed by the manufacturer and for the price it should have been supplied with a weather cover. Generic covers fit but not particularly well. So far I cannot tell how frugal its gas consumption is. I’ve used it on full power for about 3 hours in total and still have half a 13kg bottle of gas left.
