Great heater I mostly use it for the decoration of flame. Wouldn’t say it gives much heat but looking amazing. Bigger than expected and quite a bit assembling but it’s easy enough

This heater is a lit bigger than I thought my fault I failed to read the dimensions, however it kicks out enough heat. It’s a little tricky to put together and the screws didn’t fit I had to go buy some self tappers as the threads were gone on the base.

This is a large patio heater. The sort you find in pub gardens (at least when they’re allowed to open). Assembly was fairly easy although the instructions are not clear and some parts not readily identifiable. This resulted in panels being fixed to the wrong side, but easily rectified. It fits together well although the central glass tube joint is a bit flimsy. Mine arrived with a defective gas regulator which constantly leaked when connected. I switched it out and replaced it with a quality Weber one. Heat output is ok on full burner but not brilliant with a lower flame. It does produce a very good visual effect at all settings though. As this is a big heater it is somewhat obtrusive if a group of people are sitting around it. It’s not particularly portable as the tiny wheels don’t engage the ground and lift the base clear until it’s tipped back to a significant angle. If you do this with a full gas cylinder in it the cylinder will move and push the side panel out. There is also a risk that the glass inner sleeve will fall out when tipped up at the angle needed to move it and when doing so the wire frame sides unhook themselves. There are some design flaws that could easily be fixed by the manufacturer and for the price it should have been supplied with a weather cover. Generic covers fit but not particularly well. So far I cannot tell how frugal its gas consumption is. I’ve used it on full power for about 3 hours in total and still have half a 13kg bottle of gas left.

Ordered it on Sunday, item arrived Thursday to Channel Islands! Assembly took us couple of days so that it was ready for the bbq that weekend,probably need two people to put together but not overly complicated. Spent nice evening outside with this going on,looks beautiful and gives a fair amount of warmth. Overall we are impressed and happy with this purchase

Delivered on time, easy to put together and it works a treat. Would highly recommend this heater.

Don’t buy from these people they let me down plus I paid to be installed and they won’t reply . Seriously do not buy from them they tried to take payment twice they are con I don’t no how Amazon allows sellers like these

Once assembled this patio heater is a fantastic looking addition to our new patio. Due to current heat wave have hardly used it but tried it out and very effective. Unless you are very handy don't buy this heater. It really did take hours to assemble. Instructions not easy and screw driver which came with it was useless. Never seen so many fiddly screws. It is a 2 man job. However if you have a great deal of patience you will reap rewards.. Overall I am pleased just sad that these days so much is self assembly.
