my brother-in-law told me about this product. And at first I was a little skeptical, because I’ve used so many products just to get Energy. And they didn’t work. But I put this in my coffee one morning and all of a sudden I got up I was , I swept the deck, I cleaned the car And I never thought about why I had the energy,that I had that day then I realize is this product. Is working! It had to be. Because I hadn’t used anything other than this it was tasteless very light and it didn’t take long to work. It is my go to when I can’t get myself started for me. This product does great things for my body.🥰🌹

This either stays as a powder or becomes a gelatinous, fatty paste in shakes and the like. The taste is obvious enough that my autistic kids won't eat it if I mix it in, and in the meals where it doesn't mix in, it just stays in powdery clumps. The ingredients are good, and the sugar/fat ratio is great for my needs, but it just isn't usable.

Excellent product, exactly as described, and at the price posted. No problems.
