I purchased this after a trip to Japan where almost every toilet I sat on had a seat like this. The concept is an absolute game-changer when it comes to personal hygiene and you'll end up wondering why it hasn't been adopted more widely in other countries before now. Being a tenant, I didn't want to install a completly new toilet, so I had a look for something that could be installed easily on an existing pan and removed again if necessary. This seat fits the bill. I was able to install it without too much trouble but I did call on a friend who's handy with plumbing for a bit of assistance (he told me, excitedly, that 'the water's warm!' when testing it). The most difficult element is the electrics as most UK bathrooms don't have electrical sockets in them. The cable is 3m in length, so I was able to run it to a socket in an adjacent room. A fused spur is probably the way to go, but I'd be hesitant to cut off the pre-installed plug for fear of voiding the warranty. Since being installed approximately 6 month ago, it has worked flawlessly. It doesn't have quite the same premium feel as the biggest Japanese brand, but it is a fraction of the price you'd pay for their product. Overall, it's a well made product at an attractive price.

Vovo VB-4100SR Bidet Toilet Seat We’ve had the Vovo VB-4100SR bidet toilet seat for a couple of years now, and it’s still one of the best home upgrades we’ve ever made. After daily use for this long, I can confidently say it’s incredibly reliable. The warm water wash with adjustable pressure still feels just as clean and refreshing as day one. The stainless steel self-cleaning nozzle has held up perfectly. The heated seat is a lifesaver in winter, and the warm air dryer works so well we barely need toilet paper anymore. Everything still functions like new — heated seat, dryer, deodorizer, nightlight, all of it. The remote is intuitive and has never given us any trouble. Installation was straightforward back then, and the build quality is clearly top-notch. If you’re thinking about getting a bidet seat, this one is absolutely worth it. Two years in and we still love it every single day. Highly recommended!

Customer service are the best ever! The seat and their service are so good I just want to keep buying these seats, just incase no more ever! :'( The Fan is good, deodoriser really works&Def worth paying that Bit more, water instant warm, pressure is fantastic, why anyone says it's not?? No complaints, why anyone could? Packaging was brilliant, product was quality everything from the instructions(laminated) to the fittings. It was easy, painfree(apart from my own pipework). Followed instructions, only I put metal lipped bracket wrong way up so seat moved. Turned other way &sturdy as our Bemis. The fittings for this are good quality & better than other seats. They proved 2 different bracket fitting options, 1for normal loos,screw attachments& 1 for hidden loo,where can't access bolt hole underneath. Where a plug in bracket included. The only problem I had, was my pipework was rigid&angled,so I had too move the actual flusher in cistern, up out way to get the t attachment on. Then screw cistern flush attachment back. Did take little while for my brain to think what to do with this. I did also stupidly try to remove the bottom main nut from pipe,(what idiot wondered y not coming away, glad it didn't gulp)so please don't touch your main pipe nuts etc..🤣as if you would. Anyway was all simple pipe to loo seat, plug in & way to go. The lid is not rigid, but it's strong, though I put pressure on it tightening the bolt behind the Pipework& the seat lid made a scary I'm going to break noise, lucky thankfully didn't. So no pressure on it please. As because it moves each side up down, it has play, it's not going to support a solid mass on it. I can't see it breaking although at first I thought was really low quality and would it's not really tbf The seat is thick no probs there . The only thing is the hole to the bowl, where your wee etc goes, is rather small compared to UK loo seats. So it's noticeable at first, and tad squashy, (I'm not huge, obese,but yes I am not a slinky either). So everyone has noticed the smaller hole &men have noticed there private area nearly touching the bowl, 1 is is bless it's nothing to do with the seat positioning, it's perfect. But no one really complained about it not working for them. I do at times struggle to get the water position right, so I'm not sure it's really designed with us Brits in mind. But you get it to work for you, no problems. Though I get water sprayed on back seat a lot. And have had shoot out the front. However it's a life saver for 2 family members, with severe M.E. who went through hell& sheer exhaustion& time, trying to clean themselves. Made them crash a lot& loo 2 was a burden& misery.. Not anymore, it takes mins to get to the stage took hour+to reach, as they have to have breaks between wiping due to fatigue & exhaustion, from doing the loo& trying to clean. So this is a godsend & also for member family, has problems with no 2, the turbo mode , got them from severe pain, to needing ambulance, thinking it's kidneys,to sigh of relief, messy loo. So this is extremely important for disabled people. It's brilliant &so.are the sellers they are astounding service after care. Xxxx love love love love love. Xxx

After 1.5 years of using it, I would say this is incredible product. As coming from an Asia background who lived in Japan, who can live without the Japanese toilet after you already got used to it. I had been searching for the product in the U.K. but they are either too expensive or not as much functionality. Finally I found this and read the reviews so just give it a go. The product is very similar to the seats in Asia and as functional as what I had before and the price is reasonable. There was a hiccup for the first seat I received, however I contacted the customer service and their response is very helpful and friendly. Having their excellent service, they got my seat sorted and I have been happily using it until now. Love the warm seat and dry function, also coming with the UV light sterilisation to keep it clean. Would strongly recommend it.

Love it, I bought it for my flat and it worked brilliantly, the heated seat is a god send in the winter and having that treat makes me hate using other loo’s. The wash and pressure is adjustable and setting it to preference is simple, I don’t really use the air dry function as it feels like it takes ages so use the wash function to feel clean and then toilet paper to dry. Installation was simple, due to U.K. regs we moved the plug through the wall to the other side (we were in the midst of DIY anyways), customer service has been great as well, our lid broke after a almost a year and was quickly replaced as in warranty with no issues or dramas.

Fantastic product and customer support! I bought two of these, one had a slight leak and customer support (thanks Serena!) were fantastic. They were helpful in troubleshooting the problem and sent me the components I needed to solve the leak. I particularly appreciate that the product is easily dismantled to conduct any required maintenance or repairs. Everything is screwed together with standard fittings, no glue or clips. Parts are readily available meaning if something does go wrong in future it can be repaired, rather than just thrown away. One small caveat is that the water jet uses the mains water pressure to operate (there's no internal pump). If you have low pressure or a water supply that comes from a cold water tank, the nozzle pressure may not be sufficient to provide "a good clean". This is of course not a fault with the product, but is something to bear in mind depending on how it will be installed. Installation is straightforward, some fettling may be required to avoid contact with the cistern but that is covered in the installation documentation which is clear and easy to follow and can be performed in about 10 minutes. All in all, a great product with excellent customer support. Thororoughly recommended.

Avoid avoid avoid! I bought two of these. the first one broke down after one month of use the other one broke down after 3 months of use

Il prodotto è efficiente ma non ottimo: - il materiale con cui è fabbricato (come ben rilevato da altri), è dozzinale; - la seduta è scomoda perché orientata in avanti (e non in piano) - è tutto ... "troppo": pur al minimo la pressione acqua, sembra di avere una spada d'acqua che si conficca nell'ano, la temperatura di acqua e aria e al limite -specie per l'aria di asciugatura e sebbene al minimo- a rischio scottatura. Detti i difetti, tuttavia, va detto che il prodotto, nel suo insieme, è (come detto) efficiente e risponde ai requisiti richiesti. [Edit: a distanza di qualche anno, volentieri porto la valutazione al massimo perché ha mantenuto inalterato nel tempo il funzionamento iniziale senza alcun cedimento / problema. Per evidenti ragioni ;-) l'uso quotidiano nel tempo, non ha minimamente intaccato la sua efficienza. Unico appunto oggi che mi sento di fare è la mancanza di apertura / chiusura meccanizzata con sensore di presenza. Sembra che in Italia, nessun produttore straniero si senta di esportarli... Peccato]

Very, very sturdy build. Maybe the remote feels a bit clunky, so be it. Heated seat, washing, drying, blower it's all there. And it all works really well. I used to have a bidet that was 10 times the price of this one, but didn't have the functionality this Vovo does. Ok, that was a complete bidet toilet, but still. It's the brand name which justified the price. Back to the Vovo. I'm impressed by the functionality and build. Can't imagine there's a real competitor at this price point. I've read a review that said the pressure of the washer isn't enough. Personally I don't agree on that. But opinions are personal. But if you want more pressure, there's also the turbo wash option. That will give more pressure.

Je l adore et je n en suis pas a mon premier du genre. Celui ci est top et plus confortable. La telecommande qui pour moi n etait pas essentielle est finalement bien pratique puisque la commande est plus accessible sur le mur! Pour l installation c est assez simple et bien expliquée. La temperature au minimum suffit largement. Et pour finir je le trouve bien esthétique.
