What’s the true color-are they a dark or navy blue or really teal-aqua-turquoise?

I purchased the purple-maroon holders. They are a multicolor and WAAAAY MORE BEAUTIFUL than the image showed. I LOVE them! I would expect the same for the blue ones you are considering. Sorry I can’t answer specially for the ones you inquired about.

Will the flame from thr tea light burn the glass or make the holder too hot to touch?

Hi. No the heat from the candle did not affect the holder. We had them on the counter. So it was ok to hold

When they are not lit, they are this very pretty smokey, metalic light blue. But when they are lit in a room with low light they become dark navy blue. When the flicker of the candle hits it the right way, you still see a glimmer of the lighter blue, but just for a brief second.
