I bought these for a wedding gift & they loved them! They keep them in their camper for when they go camping, their little one loves to use them for roasting marshmallows

We love this product. Used it twice in the past week. Sturdy enough considering it is the retractable type. Have not used it with hotdog but I would anticipate some sagging due to the weight of the hotdog vs the marshmallow. I would recommend the manufacturer to blunt the tips a little so that user wont injure themselves cleaning the tips during cleaning. It wont take much sharpness to spear the marshmallow or hotdog. As far a cleaning I would just scrub the tips with a soapy sponge and rinse/wipe the rod with warm water holding the rod tips face down to avoid water from getting inside the rod. Don't remember if the material is rust proof but its best to avoid water from getting inside the rod.

Have used ours 3 times. Love them and wish we found them sooner vs using skewers or sharpened sticks. Only complains are the the metal heats which would worry me for young kids. Even for adults you can nip your finger if not careful This is compounded by the fact that they ends spin and when trying to get a hot marshmallow off the prong you can be tempted to reach out and stabilize it by grabbing the metal. But that is rare and it was grins all around when we have feasted with them. Would buy them again for sure.

Bought 2 years ago and just opened this winter as had unusually cold weather, low 40’s in South Florida. First, everyone thought they were very cool, much easier to use than bamboo sticks etc we had in past, they look great and jumbo marshmallows stay put! Love how they retract as take up less room and will bring bringing with us to the mountains this summer. Nice product design at a fair price, highly recommend for making fun memories!!

Easy to use

I really like the look and design of these roasting sticks. Everyone gets a different color spinning wheel which makes the kids happy. My first set was manufactured incorrectly and broke apart on the first use. Seller was awesome and expedited a replacement to me. Great communication throughout and the replacement product works as expected.

Nice and strong items. Have not used them yet but it seems quite good product.

These are great for camp season! I read tons of reviews for all different kinds on Amazon and these were the best for the money. I really like how they are colour coded and you can easily spin the coloured cog wheel and rotate your tongs. Easily holds up smokies and sausages!
