Excellent Quality
Very beautiful, durable and holds my glass 3-5 gallon jugs just fine. Opted for the stainless steel spout (instead of plastic) and I am happy with my purchase!

This crock fits beautifully on top of my water bottle holder. It looks sleek. The spout feels hefty. Easy to clean, easy to use. No drips, no leaks.

This looks nice and has been working well. I'm a tad worried about the turn on valve as it feel plastic. We'll see.

Fantastic water jug!
Item was well packaged and had zero cracks/scratches. Everything was as described. Metal faucet was well made as was the black ceramic jug! Very happy with this purchase. Used a small wooden stand I already had on hand & it fits perfectly. Plan to drink more water now Would definitely recommend this product/seller!

Good quality, pretty
Excellent shipping packaging. Looks good. Performs well. It came with a silicone ring around the top. The lid doesn’t fit the ring and I’m still trying to figure out how to shave down the silicone to make the lid fit. I’m wondering if that would make it air tight and mess with the faucet working properly.

Black dispenser
I bought this because thanks to other reviews I saw It can hold a glass 5 gallon ! Whxuh is impressive .. I’m impressed … it’s very cool black and sturdy.. a but pricey but worth the investment. If it last at least 3 year haha

It will crack all the way around!
Zero stars. Fooled me twice. I bought the same product two times in a row, thinking the first time that maybe it was my family’s fault somehow that the crock cracked ALL THE WAY AROUND, like a fault line where the faucet is attached. These crocks were on stands, not being moved around, and both of them did the exact same thing within three months each, a crack fully formed all the way around, an inch or two from the bottom.This is cheaply made. DO NOT BUY.
