Our favorite mayo since cutting out the soy that's in most name brands of mayonnaise. My husband and I prefer this to all the other avocado/olive/cold pressed seed oils that we've tried- and there have been many. The taste is excellent and has a little kick that makes sandwiches, tuna, etc. taste so good. It's thick and creamy. Don't order it when it's freezing or it will separate. The lid came cracked on my last one because it came in a bubble envelope, but the safety seal was intact. If the lid isn't broken, the squeeze feature is nice for sandwiches. Yes, it's expensive but the quality, taste and texture are worth it for us.

It is near impossible to find a good mayo without soybean or canola oil. I've tried the Sir Kensington brand, but I find they have a less-traditional mayo texture and flavor. I prefer Primal Kitchen. However, I greatly prefer the Chipotle Lime Mayo over this one, which is just called "Mayo." Since this Original flavor was $1.50 less, I went with it. It has a really nice texture, but the flavor is a bit on the bland side. However, it works well for a turkey or chicken sandwich, or for tuna salad, egg salad or deviled eggs. If you prefer a bit more kick, you might try adding a few drops of a cayenne pepper sauce, or add some fermented vegetables to the sandwich. Overall, this is a great alternative to mayo with lesser-quality ingredients, but don't expect that it will have that bold flavor like a Hellman's. This is a bit more subdued, more like a Miracle Whip, but with a much cleaner taste. It is Whole30 approved, gluten-free, and non-GMO. I have seen this on sale at Whole Foods for $5.99, but prices range anywhere from $5.99 to as high as $9.95 on the company's own website. If I see it on sale again, I will buy a few to keep them on hand, since I go through these bottles fairly quickly because I like alot of mayo on sandwiches, tuna and egg salads, and even on french fries and other potatoes (that's the Belgian way).

I don't post reviews but felt compelled to review this to forewarn others considering buying it. Some background: I like salt. I like it a lot. I add an amount of salt to most savoury dishes that makes my meal companions audibly gasp. I have no issue with salt. I was not on a low salt diet before trying this. That said, this is so salty it is inedible, at least for me. Or if it is not salty, it tastes of nothing but salt. I bought this with the best intentions, I suspect like many people to avoid the seed oils that have found their way into most other mayonaises. I admire what Mark Sisson is trying to do here - sell a mayonaise that is not filled with seed oils and assorted chemicals and preservatives. The execution, though, is an outright failure in my opinion. Before my order had arrived, I had assumed that having removed all the fillers and preservatives, the texture might suffer somewhat, but that, having read the (short) list of ingredients, the taste would be great.The opposite was true: the texture is very much like what I would expect from a Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 30 oz , but the taste is otherworldly in its unpalatability. Maybe I got a bad batch, but other reviews here echo the overwhelming saltiness factor, so if this was a bad batch, it was one among many. The moral of the story is maybe that if one is trying to eat clean/paleo/primal/keto, then one needs to emotionally let go of mayonaise (and other processed foods that people are trying to make diet-friendly) and just stick to cold-pressed virgin olive or coconut oils.

As a pregnant woman with gestational diabetes, this stuff is the best thing ever. I am sad to see it no longer available, it makes it hard for me to keep eating the things I have to eat. I really hope they bring this back soon. It’s one of the few joys I have left when it comes to food in this pregnancy.

I have been searching for the healthy alternative to mayonaise, that taste great without a bad after taste and have finally found it! I love this stuff, you will not be disappointed

The best bought mayo period, shame it's difficult to get hold of and is pretty expensive.

Maionese aioli a base di olio di avocado: il sapore di aglio e limone, è forte e deciso, aspetto che ,a mio avviso, la rende ideale su tutti i tipi di carne e di pesce, "naturalmente" scialbi (ad es. petto di pollo, filetto di merluzzo). Gli ingredienti sono di qualità eccellente e certificata, tutti organici e naturali ,senza conservanti, edulcoranti artificiali e zucchero. Probabilmente una delle migliori salse aioli che abbia mai provato: e lo dico da esperto del genere. I prodotti marchio "Primal", difficilmente sbagliano! Unica pecca (se così la posso definire), il rapporto qualità/prezzo: decisamente sproporzionato verso il prezzo. Pur considerando l'estrema qualità del prodotto e l'olio di avocado purissimo utilizzato, il costo richiesto per la singola confezione, sommato alle ingenti spese di spedizione, è tutt' altro che irrisorio!! Ideale per chi segue dieta chetogeniche, Primal, paleo e "low carb". Tempi di consegna abbastanza dilatati (il prodotto non beneficia della modalità di spedizione "prime"); imballaggio solido, robusto e molto accurato.
