Carhartt Men's Washed Duck Mock-Neck Vest

Great Carhartt quality we’ve come to love and expect. Nice thick Sherpa lining on the inside with good weight. Not to for but not to cold and blocks wind well. It’s a vest, it’s very versatile. I sized down 1 size to a large and that was the right choice to make. We all know how big some Carhartt gear runs while other Carhartt gear, not so much. This gear runs very big. I highly recommend sizing down. I wore 3 layers under it fine and it was still a nice perfect fit. My favorite part of this Vest is how well it helps me regulate my body temperature. Keeping my core warm, but allowing my arms to breathe through the hoodie and other layers I am wearing underneath the vest just sets me up to have a great day. The vest is very functional and does exactly what it’s supposed to do… be a vest. I’m not sure if it’s waterproof because I don’t think it’s listed as waterproof but Carhartt does have a level of water resistance. It seems like.

Took me awhile to figure out the sizing, read a lot of comets and went with medium, I am 5-10 180 little belly and medium fit perfect, and can still layer just fine .Has a nice soft shreppa lining inside helps keep you warm . Very nice Vest , the zip pocket on the left pocket fits my phone perfect,The two front pockets are great for putting your hands in The vest has some good weight to it feels heavy duty think it will last for years to come great investment. ...

This is the third of these vests that I've purchased. They're truly great. I am a huge fan of Carhartt; sherpa lining; and high, snug collars. Living in the foothills of the Adirondacks ranges from chilly to brutally cold. While I don't wear this vest in the dead of winter (sleeves are required with every layer) it is great for the shoulder seasons and for cool summer nights. This is crafted in the typical Carhartt style. The exterior canvas duck fabric is tough and the zipper works reliably. It's not sleek or form fitting. It is thick and substantial - great when that's what is needed. It is suitable for casual times and for when you're really working hard and leaning into things. One of my vests is reserved for "nice" situations while the others are receiving abuse (and loving it). I am sure I will purchase yet another Carhartt mock-neck vest one day.

I would recommend ordering a size down on these vests. I’m a Large and ordered a Medium size. It fits like a glove and is very comfortable, warm. It doesn’t feel tight and it’s just perfect, it’s light. And the quality and material is amazing. I’m thinking of buying two more vest in other colors. I’m very pleased with the buy.

Extremely oversized. Definitely size down unless you want a lose fit or plan on wearing it over thick layers. Heavy and thick. Not scratchy. Overall quality is great as expected from the brand

I'm very happy with this vest, having had it for several months now this winter and early spring. The Sherpa lining is very comfortable and warm but adds a lot of thickness. I got this particular vest over other Carhartt vests that were in stock because it has the collar which adds a lot of warmth and blocks the wind. The outer pockets are great. The lining keeps your hands warm in the pockets, and the outer chest pocket fits my phone (normal, not XL) with a case on it quite well. The inner pockets are large enough to fit a phone or wallet as well, bit I wish they were positioned higher on my chest instead of at the top of my abdomen. The sizing on this vest seems to run very large. I normally wear a large where it's a t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket,etc. I have another Carhartt unlined hooded jacket (size L) and a Carhartt Jean jacket type lined jacket (size of M) made of the same material. I originally ordered this vest in a large, but it was huge. I could have worn several heavy layers under the vest and it would still have been too big. I returned it for a medium, and it fits pretty well. It's still a little loose with a t-shirt and heavy sweatshirt or wool sweater underneath, but overall feels comfortable and warm enough to wear in the winter instead 1 of a coat for active outdoor activities. Overall I'm very satisfied now that I have the correct size, but taking off 1 star for the weird sizing and position of the inner pockets.

This has become my most worn vest. It looks good, more breathable than the other popular Carhartt vest, and still keeps you warm.

Love it. Warm and stylish in a middle aged man way😁. Just make sure you try it on at stores before buying if you can. It’s loose fit as described and they mean it. I wear large normally but I had to buy medium to fit correctly and it was still slightly loose. Good product.

I have had a number of Carhartt vests, but these sherpa lined ones are wonderful. They are very warm and cozy. The fit is a little large but looks great.

Perfect for the Irish weather , will keep you warm and cosy, looks good and rugged ( in a good way ) and the quality is just perfection and as is the case with Carhartt always order a size down, easy 5 stars and highly recommended!

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it. He is usually an XL but got him a L and it fits perfectly.
