Doesn’t work / not accurate, BUT they made it right!
***update*** great customer service- they did everything possible to rectify the situation.**** I travelled from vancouver Canada to Florida. Although connected, it did not register the last location and kept saying out of range, even when I had my bag. It worked on way back but only said ‘near’ AFTER I got my bag from the conveyor belt. Defeats the purpose

We were unable to sync any of the 3 tags on 2 different phones and a tablet after repeated attempts. Directions are easy to follow but app just kept scanning for tag. Traveled March 13th and could not use the tags unfortunately. I am sure this would've been a great product and is a cool concept.

Does not work well.
Nice idea, but it doesn't work well. I had a lot of trouble getting it to connect to my phone. I purchased a second one, and had the same problem. And when it did finally connect, it was less than 20 feet away from me.
