Love this builder gel - Use to attach the nail instead of glue and they last weeks!! Quite thick to work with, but you soon get use to it!

It’s quite good, easy to work with and cures quickly, you do need to use alot of product and there’s not much in the bottle. I estimate you’d get about 3 manicures out of each one which is small compared to other brands. The colours are very similar and I expected they’d be more pigmented than they are. In the picture I’ve used a glitter polish on the end and ombred out but the pinky colour is the builder gel,

This is thicker than most biabs but I just warmed it up by sitting on it for 20 minutes or so and the thickness was then workable but not runny, I found it easy to apply and I had minimal skin contact because of the viscosity. It does self level but it takes longer due to the thickness. I am a slow worker so this is okay for me. When cured there is a sticky layer as with all gel, I just removed it with isopropyl alcohol before shaping and applying polish. For a test, I prepped and applied half cover tips to both hands with regular tip glue, applied a model ones base coat then I did my left hand with polygel and my right hand with this biab. My dominant hand is my right hand. The polygel has already started to chip and become weaker with parts that are beginning to lift at week 3. Meanwhile, my right hand that has this product on it and gets all the abuse is still going strong, there's no signs of lifting on any of my nails and I have grow out, usually my nails don't last long enough to grow out with builder gel but these are! I have finally found a biab that I like and will take day to day wear with no problem.

this gel is pretty okay, as a beginner nail tech it works pretty well and is a nice neutral colour however you need to use a LOT of gel to make sure it isnt see through for example one bottle only gave me three sets. so not to impressed by that im now upgrading to a more high quality brand that i have some money from doing nails but this is good for beginners ( its VERY runny idk if this is a me problem or what but make sure you hold the nail upside down for 30+ seconds unless you want that beautiful apex you just spent an hour creating to melt down the sidewalls )

I really like this builder gel, it lasts really well and provides a good base for applying gel over. I use a base coat underneath but I don’t think you have to! Thought it would be worth sharing some tips in case you’re struggling applying it: 1. Warming the biab up makes it thinner and easier to work with, I just put it on the radiator whilst doing my prep/base coat and it’s a lot smoother to apply! 2. Put your hand upside down to help form an apex for the best strength 3. Make sure to clean up edges for longer lasting nails + to avoid allergies! 4. Apply a thin layer (I cure first just because I struggle keeping a thin enough layer to cure) and then apply a thicker layer and drag it over the top 5. Wrap the free edge/tips of your nail to prevent chipping Hope this helps! I’ve been able to get 1.5 weeks wear and only remove it because my nails grow so much! My nails feel a lot stronger.
