I genuinely recommend
One of the best products for weight loss. Been using this once 2024. I always add to my yogurt and smoothies. Helps so much with digestion and good amount of fibre ,tastes good , very soluble ,has a thick consistency. Will keep ordering

Good quality psyllium husks. I use them for baking and sometimes mix a little in water for extra fibre. They don’t have much taste, which is nice, but the texture is a bit grainy if you drink it straight. Works well as long as you drink plenty of water. good value and does what it should.

Diet
Using to help me with my diet , just be careful how much you use to start off with! Mixes well with water, best drink straight away, and drink more water after ! This will prevent you from dehydrating, i use it 1 hour before meals , ahope this helps

Would recommend
Basically just an ordinary fibre and nothing like other brands of Psylluim Husk, like Holland and Barret's. If you are looking for Psyllium Husk I would not recommend. Have revised my opinion and review of this product. It's so good. I have just ordered another batch.
