I bought a set of these 10 years ago, and still use them when needed for my back muscle spasms. Immediate relief. Highly recommend these because of the ease of use.

I am pleased to say this cupping set is of very good quality with an extra bonus of magnetic ions and have helped my foot pain tremendously!!! More than I expected! I am new to cupping therapy myself but grew up in a cultural family who used small jars, a coin, and match sticks😬 as cupping therapy to alleviate back pain. I know it sounds dangerous af but now that I inherited some of those same bone and joint issues I’m SO glad there is safer and effective options! Lure essentials being one I would highly recommend! I suffer from scoliosis, fibromyalgia and arthritis and combined I believe causes the soles of my feet to throb so badly at times. I don’t take pain medication and I really doubted these would help or be able to use these on my feet. Although a little lubricant helped I am not able to use on every part of the surface/sole of my foot , where I was able to attach them did most definitely help! I am SO happy with the results and quality of Lure Essential cups Im cautiously trying to make sure I don’t use them TOO Much!!! Thank you Team Lure Essentials!!!

I don't really do a review on a regular basis, but I do for the ones that do an excellent job. I've had several aches n' pains on different parts of my body, that includes my lower/mid-back, shoulders, legs, hips, thighs, ankles & my foot (due to plantar fasciitis). I try n' experiment on different kinds of treatments wether it's topical or oral. Some relieves the pain, n' some doesn't work at all. I don't stop there, till I get to explore all my options. Thanks to high technology, n' my iPad I found this cupping w/c I've been contemplating to do, but wasn't sure how to go about. I heard n' see this on massage parlors, but it's made of glass or something hard n' I don't want to follow this on my own. Thankfully I came across this on Amazon n' yes I promised myself, let's give it a try coz' this one's very portable n' easy to use. And it's made of silicon & small magnetic metals w/c I believe will be helpful to relieve n' probably remove the pain eventually. Believe me, in just three days (or even just 24 hours after I started using it) placed it in different parts of my aching parts of the body, it all went away. That's the reason for the 5 STARS 😊 I highly recommend it.

I have been wanting to try cupping for a while but until recently didn't have the money to buy anything that wasn't the bills. I read the reviews for these and I am glad I bought these. First of all, you get 10 of these for about $30. I was originally going to buy some from a very popular site online that sells 4 for $40 so I think this is a good deal. I have only used these twice. What I have found is that if you can rub a bit of oil (I used Jojoba) on your back or where you want to put these, you will get better suction and thus better results. I used these on my back and I even put them on there myself with no help. I was able to get oil there and once you do that, just reach around if you can and put one at a time where you would like one and press down on the top of them. The harder you push down, the better the suction. After using two of these on my shoulder blade area (under), I found I was able to breathe better the next day. I will continue to use these probably everyday to see what results I get, but so far I am happy with the way I felt after using them and the ease of use of using them on my back by myself. I know that I wouldn't have been able to do this with other cups. Would recommend these especially if you are new to cupping. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because you can't put them in some places due to being to big (they are probably only about 2" in diameter), like using them on your arm if you arm is skinny.

I returned these. I can’t say If they worked or not. I didn’t really get a good suction. They kept popping off. It could have been me. UPDATE- After I returned my energy cups I received an email about my issues with the product. I told them about the issues I had with popping off. The woman i was conversing with was extremely nice and offered me the edge cups to try. Yah!! I tried them out and these cups are Great! They have great suction. I have hip dysplasia and ankolosing spondylitis. Sucks I know. I tried the cups on achey joints and also massaged my foot. My foot is so painful I couldn’t handle the pressure so I massaged it. Shockingly the swelling went down some. I can feel it more then It shows in pics. Def give them a try. Ps. My 12yr has knee surgery and he loves the energy cups. Every person is different. Thees cups are a great self care tool. As a massage therapist, I'm very well acquainted with cupping. However, anyone can use these. You simply flip them inside out, place where you are feeling discomfort and then flip them into place. I leave them on for a few mins, or longer, them move them somewhere else. Highly effective and highly recommended

I LOVE these cups! I can easily do them myself without having to wait for a massage appointment. Helps to get those little knots out. You can adjust the suction to your liking. I highly recommend!

This is a good set for at home use. Also works particularly well on joints and bony/curved areas where other cups don't stick well; such as: knees, ankles, wrists, hands, feet. They do have a sharp inner edge, sharper than other silicone cups... It's not the most comfortable and can even be itchy after removal. They also don't seem to leave as much bruising as other silicone cups... perhaps that can be attributed to not having as much suction.

These Energy Cups are amazing quality and functions really well it tight awkward areas. Exactly as described. I highly recommend and will buy it again.
